The Frost Partnership is a very well known and long established Estate Agency. It has 13 computer-linked branches and deals with all types of property to a wide spectrum of potential purchasers and tenants.  Despite the recent downturn, The Frost Partnership is still seeing a high level of business.

Trained Staff

Allan Taylor, one of the Directors, tells us that Frosts adheres to the strict codes of Estate Agency practice laid down by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the NAEA (and ARLA for lettings).

“Our business is about providing the best possible service, so we make sure that our staff are not just enthusiastic about what they do, but they are trained to do it well, both in-house and though industry courses.”

Recently Gregg Lawrence and Jamie King of the Staines office and Lorna Sanders of the Wraysbury office passed their NVQ Level III Award & NAEA Technical Awards in Estate Agency.  

The courses were arranged through Neighbour Training and Allan Taylor said he was thrilled with the outcome and pleased that we had encouraged the learners and ensured that they had been well informed throughout their courses.

Neighbour Training’s Assessor Andrew Greenslade is second from left and Allan Taylor of The Frost Partnership is on the right.  As well as their certificates, we presented each of the Advanced Apprenticeship learners with a cheque for £150 for successful completion.

Motivated Staff

Allan Taylor concluded “ As a company we are very much in support of training and enabling our staff to further themselves – this is extended outside of work hours too. We encourage our staff to join in charitable challenges and  over the years we have taken part in national events such as the London 10K Marathon.  These are great for team building and it also gives everyone goals and achievements outside of the work hours which helps to keep staff enthusiastic which in turn reflects on the service we give to clients”.
