Ellie Ulrich
Ellie Ulrich is pictured receiving her certificates from her assessor Sue Dickinson and David Wales, LearnerServices Director at the National Apprenticeship Services-South East. Ellie has been promoted since completing her Apprenticeship and says: “Brilliant!”
Ellie works for the LSC and has just completed the Advanced Apprenticeship in Business & Administration.
Ellie Ulrich says in her competency statement (made at the end of the Apprenticeship):
“I have learned a great deal about my role and working for the LSC whilst completing the 8 units towards my Apprenticeship. I have used the various area of work I do to show how I deal with responsibility and the expectations have made me work hard at delivering high standards in all areas of my role.
Completing the Employment Rights and Responsibilities has reinforced my knowledge of the various different acts that I must comply with, and how they also protect me and it has also allowed me to develop a position with the office’s Staff Representation Group, interacting with other colleagues whom I would not usually work with in my day to day role, highlighting the diverse workforce and showing how I can respect this.
Completing the units has been an excellent experience and I have gathered evidence from across the wide spectrum of work I do to show my ability to work independently and as part of a team. My assessor has supported me throughout, questioning and observing me to underpin my knowledge.
It’s been great!"
