Team Leading – the first rung on the management ladder

Most businesses have opportunities for Team Leadership.  Good communication and the ability to get the best out of people are two of the skills necessary for an effective Team Leader.  Our Apprenticeship in Team Leading at Level 2 helps you develop these skills and more, resulting in a recognised National qualification. 

This qualification offers the opportunity to take the next step to an Advanced Apprenticeship in Management at Level 3.
