The Government's economy drive has meant that there have been some changes made to the way in which Apprenticeships are funded, and a new MInimum Contract Level has been set by the Skills Funding Agency.
As a result, smaller Training Providers with funding below this level have been combining to ensure the continuity of their high quality, specialist provision for all their learners and employers.
We are delighted to announce that we have formed a Partnership with two other highly regarded Surrey Training Providers - OAKLEIGH TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT and N&B TRAINING.
The new organisation is called ENLIGHTENMENT PARTNERSHIP LTD and started in August 2011. It will act as a funding umbrella under which our individual companies will continue to deliver training in the usual way.
We all provide a range and variety of high quality training, and there are many opportunities for development and expansion within the Partnership.

News About National Minimum Wage Rates
The current rates (from 1 October 2011) are:
- £6.08 - the main rate for workers aged 21 and over
- £4.98 - the 18-20 rate
- £3.68 - the 16-17 rate for workers above school leaving age but under 18
- £2.60 - the apprentice rate, for apprentices under 19 or 19 or over and in the first year of their apprenticeship
Apprenticeship Pay
Apprenticeship minimum pay is £98.80 for a 38-hour week.
Private Training.
We also offer Private Training for learners who are not eligible for fully funded training. This can be found on our navigation bar on the left under Apprenticeships.
