Learners
Is a work-based apprenticeship for me?
If you are in work, do not have a degree, are between the ages of 16 to 24 years of age and have been resident in the UK for at least three years, an Apprenticeship may help you turn your job into a career. Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships combine studying and learning so you have the opportunity to progress in your job, impress your employer and keep earning!
How Neighbour Training can help you
Our aim is to lead you through the learning process as quickly and enjoyably as possible. You will have an assessor assigned to you who will visit once a month and work with you to identify evidence that demonstrates your capability. During each month your employer will allow you time to build up your portfolio.
Our assessor will gauge your current work performance and share any best practices to make your job easier and more productive.
Once you have successfully completed your Apprenticeship you will have a qualification that is recognised nationally.
The Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship take approximately 12 to 18 months respectively to complete but can be achieved more quickly if you wish.
Oh! By the way we give you a bonus of £50 (or £100 for Advanced Apprenticeships) on successful and timely completion.
Please take a look at some of our learners experiences.
Learning while you are at work gives you time for out of work activities.
